Packing and Shipping


* All products will be packed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure their protection during transit.
* The box will be further secured with a white polyethylene (poly) cover to provide an additional layer of protection against dust, moisture, and tampering.
* We offer delivery across all locations within India.
* Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment after confirmation. This includes quality checks, packaging, and dispatch arrangements.
Delivery Timeframes (Estimated):
* Prepaid Orders: Delivery for prepaid orders is estimated to take between 2 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivery for Cash on Delivery orders is estimated to take between 4 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, inspect the packaging. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos. Report product damage or order issues (wrong/missing items) within same days with photos. We will assess and offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution. Retain all packaging.

Return and Replacement

We accept returns or replacements for damaged, faulty, wrongly received, or significantly different items (design/color change). Inform us on the same day of delivery to resolve the issue. Returns/replacements are not offered for undamaged or correct orders.
